Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative with a proven background in the design and sale of commercial low-voltage systems. The ideal candidate will understand how to consult with clients, assess site needs, and deliver tailored solutions that include camera systems, access control, data networking cabling, intrusion alarms, voice solutions, and other related technologies.

This is a client-facing role that requires both technical knowledge and strong sales acumen.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities with commercial clients.
  • Conduct site visits and needs assessments to design effective system solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and system layouts for clients.
  • Collaborate with project managers and technical staff to ensure accurate designs and smooth project execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Stay current on industry trends, products, and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven sales experience in low-voltage systems (security, access control, cabling, alarms, voice solutions, and related).
  • Strong understanding of system design principles for the outlined low-voltage systems.
  • Ability to read building plans, blueprints, and system drawings is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
